Welcome to Dasomé, a skincare and haircare brand by The Kainchi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dasomé website and your purchase of products through it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order on this site.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Discounts and coupon codes are applied at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order — including after payment — in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled by the customer free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled online — please contact us directly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Kainchi / Dasomé and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Products are intended for external cosmetic use only. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from misuse, failure to patch-test, or use contrary to product instructions. Always check the ingredient list if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sehore, Madhya Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
