1. Description of Service:

The Kainchi is a technology platform that enables:

• Customers to book salon/spa appointments (scheduled or immediate)
• Salons to receive and accept bookings via real-time alerts

We act as a neutral facilitator and not as a salon service provider.

2. User Eligibility:

• You must be 18+ to register or use our services.
• Salons/vendors must complete identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN).

3. Booking & Payment Terms:

• Customers can select services and book salons via scheduled or immediate modes.
• Prices are estimated by salons before confirmation.
• Payments are collected via third-party gateways.
• Booking fees or subscriptions may apply to vendors.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• 2+ hours before appointment: Full refund
• Within 2 hours: No refund

Salon-Initiated Cancellations:

• Full refund to customer
• Penalty may be levied on the salon's account

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Prohibited Use:

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal bookings (e.g., escort services behind spa listings)
• Impersonate others or falsify information
• Abuse features for spamming, fake bookings, or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating these terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

SalonEase Solutions LLP is not liable for:

• The quality, availability, or safety of services offered by salons
• Losses due to no-shows, salon delays, or customer misconduct
• Payment delays from third-party payment processors
• Temporary downtime or app/website bugs

We provide our platform "as-is" and "as-available" with no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.

8. Changes to Terms:

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance.
